Renzmann GmbH appoints new CEO

Renzmann GmbH announces that Dr. Karsten Hoyndorff will take over the sole management of the company with effect from November 1, 2025.

Change in management

Dr. Karsten Hoyndorff succeeds Dr. Dominik Zimmermann, who is leaving Renzmann GmbH after a successful realignment and stabilization. Under his leadership, the company has set a decisive course for the future and sustainably strengthened its market position.

Extensive management experience

Dr. Karsten Hoyndorff brings with him extensive expertise from various professional positions. Most recently, he was Managing Director of a mechanical engineering company, which he successfully restructured and strategically realigned. Prior to that, he was a member of the management board of an infrastructure company which, like Renzmann, operates internationally with its own products. As Chief Performance Officer, he coordinated operational optimizations as well as the development and introduction of new corporate strategies. He will bring his extensive experience in global production management and international sales to Renzmann.

In addition to his management experience, he also worked as a consultant and supported companies in various countries with strategic transformation processes. After studying in Germany and the USA, he completed his academic career with a doctorate in engineering from the Technical University of Dortmund.

At the staff meeting, Dr. Karsten Hoyndorff introduced himself to the workforce for the first time and added: "I am looking forward to shaping the future of Renzmann GmbH together with a strong team and further expanding the company's innovative strength. We want to use the company's extensive expertise to shape a successful future."
