Rieckermann takes over Renzmann

D.W. Renzmann Apparatebau GmbH is now called Renzmann GmbH. It has been part of the privately managed Rieckermann Group since February 14, 2025.
Renzmann can continue its realignment
The realignment of D.W.Renzmann, which was already initiated in 2023 and has been intensified since April 2024 with the new Managing Director Dr. Dominik Zimmermann, can now be continued in the long term.
Similar alignment creates synergies
Renzmann supplies its highly specialized cleaning solutions to customers worldwide. Rieckermann has already been successfully selling Renzmann products in Asia for many years, so the takeover will strengthen this successful partnership. Synergies in the cooperation will enable the further development of innovative and sustainable solutions in industrial cleaning technology, which will be even better tailored to customer needs in the future. Renzmann benefits from the Rieckermann Group's large network in the packaging printing sector and can thus further expand its market penetration. "With Renzmann, we are expanding our attractive portfolio with a traditional company with solid substance and global demand," says Flynn Seidel, member of the Rieckermann Group's Advisory Board and Managing Director of JR New Horizons, the Group's strategic investment arm. "With our international network of Rieckermann branches, we can make the high-quality washing machines and distillation units even more readily available on the market."
Monzingen site to be retained
Thanks to the takeover and supported by a stable order situation, the almost 100 jobs at Renzmann are secure. The Monzingen site and its production will continue to exist in the future.
