Please provide us with the following information when you contact our troubleshooting and support service:

1. order number and machine type
These can be found on the type plate of your system. They help us to clearly identify your machine and provide targeted advice.
2. detailed description of the problem
Describe as precisely as possible what is not working, how the problem manifests itself and whether there have been any previous anomalies.
3. error messages on the HMI (if available)
Make a note of the exact wording or take a photo of the display.
4. indicator lights on the control cabinet or control panel
Are there flashing or permanently lit warning indicators? This information is also helpful for our analysis.
5. pictures or videos (if possible)
Visual impressions of your machine or the fault (e.g. video recording, sound recording of a noise or photo of the control display) are extremely valuable for our service team.
